i’m really sorry

A year ago this was me after a month of clean eating and regular exercise. After this I started pole dancing amd gained more muscle and was getting happy with my progress. In October 2012 I got sick with a bad sinus infection and I was given prednisone (the worst fucking steroid in existence) I was constantly hungry and constantly eating. I didnt realize it at first but in two weeks I gained 20 pounds and my stomach became distended from the medication. This made it difficult to even move or stretch without my stomach feeling like it was going to rip. Since then I have taken prednisone about 3 more times up until the beginning of April. My weight has remained steady at 145 with my highest weight being 150 after the first round of steroids. I refuse to let myself be defeated by medication and my weight. I’m going to get fit. I’m determined to gain my muscle back. I’m determined to eat clean and work my ass off to be healthy again. I can do this and I’m going to do this.
